Fighting Fair propose des formations fondées sur une approche psychologique de la personne. Les ateliers sont interactifs. Niveau 1 : entrainement à la médiation et à la résolution des conflits et Niveau 2 : Maîtrise de la médiation. Les cours ont l'agrément de Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
